School

School is an institution designed for the teaching of students under the direction of teachers. Most schools are primarily educational institutions, but some are also institutions of research and training. Schools vary in their size, function, and in the age groups of students they serve. They can range from small primary schools, to large universities. They may be public, private, or charter schools. The main goal of most schools is to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to become productive members of society.
